Garlic Roasted Asparagus 

You will need:

  • Asparagus
  • Minced garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • EV olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the asparagus and EV olive oil, some minced garlic and salt. Spread the asparagus on a baking pan.
  3. When the oven is ready, bake asparagus and mushrooms for 15-20 minutes.
  4. After your asparagus has cooked, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese and toss.

You can serve the garlic roasted asparagus as a side with any dish!
